Out of concern for your privacy, we have created a document containing the basic principles according to which we process your personal data and the rights you are entitled to in connection with it.
Personal data is processed by the Administrator in accordance with the law, including in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter “RODO”)

Preliminary provisions
- The Privacy and Cookies Policy sets out the terms and conditions for the processing of personal data of users (hereinafter: “Users”) who visit the pages of the website available on the domain skiddou.com (hereinafter: “skiddoü”) and the use of cookies or other similar technologies within skiddoü.
- The administrator of the personal data is SKIDDOÜ POLSKA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań (60-105) at Kopanina 34, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 9th Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000907265, holding tax identification number NIP 7792503096 (hereinafter referred to as “Administrator”).
- The Administrator can be contacted in writing at the address indicated in paragraph 2 above or by e-mail at: [email protected] The Administrator shall respond to any questions or requests regarding the processing of personal data, including the Privacy Policy and cookies.
- The Administrator attaches great importance to the protection of privacy and confidentiality of personal data entered or provided by Users, and with due care selects and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed personal data.
- The Administrator secures personal data against its disclosure to unauthorized persons, as well as against its processing in violation of applicable laws.
2. Article
Processing of personal data – use of skiddoü
Visitors to skiddoü can browse the skiddoü website without prior registration or provision of personal data.

The data transferred to skiddoü and collected in this way is treated as data submitted by the User for registration at skiddoü.

Personal data are processed by the Administrator in accordance with the provisions of the law, including in particular the RODO exclusively for purposes related to its activities, i.e:
for the purpose of taking action before entering into a contract at the request of the data subject (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO);
for the purposes of concluding and performing contracts (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO), including:
for the purpose of taking actions related to the handling of registration/logging in by the User on skiddoü, including the handling of registration/logging in via external authentication services available on skiddoü, such as. Facebook Connect, Google;
For the purpose of providing electronic services, including in accordance with the terms and conditions of the skiddoü online store and for the operation of the User’s Account within skiddoü,;
To fulfill orders placed by the User for products in the skiddoü product range;
To contact the User with regard to the services provided;
To ensure the safety of the skiddoü traffic, to prevent abuse and fraud.
for the purposes of fulfilling the Administrator’s legal obligation regarding tax and accounting obligations (on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO in connection with tax and accounting regulations);
for analytical purposes and customer satisfaction surveys for the proper delivery of services to skiddoü customers and the optimization of their service processes (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) RODO in connection with the implementation of the Administrator’s legitimate interests concerning optimization within skiddoü);
for the purpose of establishing commercial relations, including answering the questions asked in connection with contacting Users, in particular through the contact form available on the skiddoü website (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO);
in order to carry out the newsletter delivery service under the terms of the newsletter regulations (based on Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO);
in order to market the Administrator’s own or third parties’ products or services (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO in connection with the exercise of the Administrator’s legitimate interests consisting in looking after the Administrator’s interests and promoting the goods or services);
in order to assert, secure or defend against claims (on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO in connection with the Administrator’s legitimate interests in protecting the rights of the Administrator and the User);.
for evidential purposes in the performance of the Data Controller’s legitimate interest in preserving information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (legal basis: art. 6.1.f RODO in connection with the Administrator’s legitimate interests in protecting the rights of the Administrator and the User).
In connection with an order placed at skiddoü, the Administrator may process data such as order number, package number, invoice number, first name, last name, billing address, delivery address (if you choose to have your order delivered to the address indicated), email address, telephone number, company name (if you are purchasing for a company), VAT number (if you are purchasing for a company), information regarding the payment method selected by the User – that is, the payment ID or gift card number used by the User to pay
order, information about the price of ordered products and delivery costs, history of e-mail and SMS communication between the User and the Administrator, selected information collected through cookies.
Some of the data required to place an order in skiddoü are marked as mandatory, and their absence prevents the order from being placed. Providing the remaining data is voluntary, and their failure to provide does not affect the possibility of placing an order.
4. Article
Principles of data processing in skiddoü
The Administrator processes personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they are collected. The purposes of collecting Users’ personal data are clearly defined, having a basis in the law. The Administrator does not process personal data in a manner incompatible with these purposes.
The Administrator realizes the Users’ rights concerning their personal data in accordance with the law, including ensuring the accuracy of the Users’ personal data and responding immediately to any requests for rectification or updating of the data.
The Administrator limits the storage of personal data in accordance with the law, only to the period necessary for the purposes for which they are collected, unless there are legitimate reasons that allow the storage period to be extended.
If personal data is disclosed to other entities, it shall be done in a secure, contractually secured manner or in another way compliant with the applicable laws.
The controller shall ensure that personal data is processed by him in a secure manner which guarantees that only authorized persons have access to the data and only to the extent necessary for the performance of their activities.
5. Article
Rights of personal data subjects
Each User whose personal data is processed by the Administrator has the right:
access to the content of their data and obtain a copy of it;
to rectify his/her personal data;
to restrict the processing of personal data;
erasure of personal data;
data portability;
the right to object to the processing of your data on the basis of
legitimate interests of the Administrator or to processing for the purposes of direct
direct marketing purposes;
the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting
lawfulness of the processing.
The Administrator shall cease the processing of personal data and erase the data, unless the legal provisions provide for the necessity of their further processing.
The exercise of the rights referred to in the paragraph above is exercised by enabling contact with the Administrator in the manner indicated in Article 1(3) hereof.
The User has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority if he/she considers that the processing of personal data by the Administrator violates legal regulations.
6. Article
Recipients of personal data
Users’ data may be provided to entities entitled to receive them under applicable law, including the competent judicial authorities.
Personal data may also be transferred to trusted recipients such as: payment operator, postal operators, couriers, entity handling accounting, partners providing technical services (development and maintenance of IT systems and websites, analytical services), marketing agencies, debt collection companies, law firms.
Personal data may be transferred to a third country/international organization if required or related to the services you use with skiddoü. If, as part of the processing, personal data will be transferred to recipients in third countries, such transfer will be on the basis of an adequacy decision taken by the European Commission, or on the basis of standard contractual clauses in accordance with a decision of the European Commission, or on another legal basis for example: the express consent of the data subject.
Copies of the safeguards referred to in the paragraph above may be obtained from the Controller by contacting the Controller as indicated in Article 1(3) of this Policy.
7. Article
Storage period and other provisions
Personal data processed for the purpose of performing a contract shall be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its expiration for the period necessary to secure or assert any possible claims or to fulfil the Administrator’s legal obligations (resulting from tax or accounting regulations), also for the time necessary to comply with legal regulations.
Personal data processed on the basis of legitimate legal interest, will be kept for the duration of the purpose or until the data subject objects or changes the scope. Where personal data is processed on the basis of a separate consent, it will be kept until the consent is revoked.
The Administrator may process personal data by automated means, including profiling, however, automated processing will not lead to a decision producing legal effects or similarly significantly affect the situation of Users. Such processing may affect the choice of advertisements displayed or the choice of products and services offered. The User may receive special offers via personalized e-mail or Internet advertising.
The Administrator does not process personal data in a way that would involve making solely automated decisions regarding the User.
The Administrator uses IP addresses collected during Internet connections only for technical purposes related to
administration of servers. Moreover, IP addresses are used to gather general, statistical demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection is made).
8. Article
Cookies or similar technologies
The Administrator uses cookies or similar technologies (hereinafter referred to collectively as “cookies”), which are IT data, in particular text files and stored in the Users’ terminal equipment, intended for the functionality of skiddoü websites, e.g. saving data and storing browsing preferences. The purpose of cookies is to facilitate browsing the resources of the website on subsequent visits.
The Administrator uses its own cookies and those provided by third parties (“Trusted Partners”). A list of the Trusted Partners is available at skiddo ü. . You may review the privacy policies of the Trusted Partners at any time. References to these policies are within the skiddo ü. .
The information collected through cookies allows us to customize services and content to Users’ individual needs and preferences, as well as to compile general statistics about Users’ use of the skiddoü sites. Cookies are also used to display advertisements that are most relevant to your activity on the websites.
As a general rule, cookies do not constitute personal data, although certain information combined with other information about you may constitute personal data. Personal data collected using cookies is only collected in order to perform certain functions for Users and is encrypted in a manner preventing access by unauthorized persons.
As a rule, the Administrator uses two types of cookies – “session” and “permanent”. Session cookies are temporary files that remain on the user’s device until they log off, leave the website or turn off the software (web browser). Permanent cookies are files that remain on the user’s device for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are manually deleted by the user.
The skiddoü websites use the following types of cookies due to their necessity for the services:

security cookies, such as those used for authentication fraud detection;
statistical cookies that make it possible to collect information on the use of websites, to help us understand how different users behave on the site

marketing cookies, enabling us to provide users with advertising content tailored to their interests.
Skiddoü websites use cookies on the basis of consent, except when cookies are necessary for the proper provision of an electronic service.
(8) Cookies that are not necessary for the correct provision of the electronic service are blocked until you have given your consent to the use of cookies. During the first visit to skiddoü, the User has the opportunity to decide which cookies he or she agrees to by checking a checkbox. The User can change the cookie settings within skiddoü independently and at any time by clicking on the “Your cookie consent” button at the bottom of the skiddou.com website.
(9) In addition, you may independently and at any time change your cookie settings, specifying the conditions under which cookies are stored and accessed by your device within your web browser software (web browser). The User can change the settings referred to in the previous sentence by means of the settings of his/her Internet browser. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the web browser or inform on their placement on the User’s device each time. You may also change the settings for individual cookies of Trusted Partners, as indicated by them in their privacy policies.
